Cooking Time : 10 minutes
Ingredients :
Onion 4
Tomato 2
Carrot 4
Red chilly powder ½ tablespoon
Pudina some leaves
Green chilly 2
Coriander leaves finely chopped
Curry leaves 10-15 leaves
Jeera 1 teaspoon
congress kadlekai 1 packet
ginger 2 “
Puffed rice 2 big cups
Ready made poories of masala puri
Salt to taste
Method :
- Finely chop onions, tomato, coriander leaves , grate carrot and set aside.
- In a mixie make a green chutney with pudina, green chillies, jeera, ginger, black pepper and salt.
- In a plate, put 6-8 puris, on each sprinkle the green chutney, put finely chopped onions, grated carrots, coriander leaves, om pudi, congress kadlekai. On the top put fresh puffed rice and serve.
- Like this you can also prepare other North Indian chats like pani Puri, Dahi Puri, Masala Puri and Corn Tikki.
