Finish The Sentence Friday Blog Hop (FTSF) # 25

"If I could have dinner with anyone in history it would be with..."

This post is my contribution to Finish The Sentence Friday Blog Hop (FTSF) by JANINE, KATE, DAWN and STEPHANIE.

I consider myself very fortunate that I am born in India, a country which hosts one of the famous Seven Wonders of the World - TAJ MAHAL. And given a chance I would like to have a dinner date with the Moghul Emperor Shah Jahan  You may want to know why...But first things first.

Finish the Sentence Friday Blog Hop #24

“The hardest part of my day is…”

This post is to participate in "Finish the Sentence Friday Blog Hop #24"

GOOD Morning....

What do you think? Will it be getting up early morning and losing that sweet lingering sleep?
When the golden sun will be blessing us with rays filled with life and energy, when the birds start chirping in their melodious voice and when the sweet flowers start spreading their vibrant fragrance and when yoga and kapalbhati are beckoning who wants to sleep?

GOOD afternoon...

Preparing the food according to the different tastes and fancy of every one in the home?

Common... Not everyone is blessed by Goddess Annapoorneshwari to be able to enjoy cooking and serving. Cooking is the most creative art and can never bore me....

Going to office and working from 9 to 5? Lord Krishna has told " Karmanye vadhikaraste Ma phaleshu kadachana " meaning " You do your duties sincerely and leave the rest to me.I will take care." And so is the motto of my great organisation - Life Insurance Corporation of India - which declares " Yogakshemam Vahamyaham " which again means " Your care is my concern. So I am blessed with this job and it is the most fulfilling part of my day...

Spinal Surgery

I am back! After a hiatus of almost one month, back with a better BACK !
Many a friends of mine always used to gush that I am their source of  strength, their inspiration, and their backbone! ( Hey! Promise. I am not joking, but telling this with utmost humility. Please read on!) What an irony! I myself did not have a perfect backbone! verbatim! Instead of sitting pretty and straight, my backbone had twisted a little. It was a manufacturing defect! From its normal ideal curve, a part of the spine  had twisted by 3.3 mm since birth. I used to  have back ache since childhood and had accepted it as my alter ego. But three years ago a disk had slipped on the twisted bone.
