Weekend with Bangalore - Ramakrishna Ashram

Weekend with Bangalore - 01.05.2016 This weekend was at the blissful abode of Swami Vivekananda, the Ramakrishna Ashrama.Blissful with its serene atmosphere, the silent vast expanse, a place worth spending your evenings.
But there was a disappointment.Till 7 PM, we had the freedom to silently move around, do dhyana and pranayama and pray.
But when the Prayers started at 7 PM, the security there insisted that we sit either on the chairs near the prayer hall, or somewhere around.
Unobstructedly,we were sitting by the tree inside the entrance but the security wanted us to move in.He insisted that the swamiji would be watching through CCTV camera and its against the rules for us to sit there.

Seriously??? The guru shishya of Sri Ramakrishna and Vivekananda, who were the symbols of austerity would be turning in their graves looking at the Swamijis being driven around in Mercedes-Benz and not letting people to meditate peacefully.

On a lighter note don't they have confidence in their singing of the bhajans or like politicians, the audience is forcefully being dragged near the stage?

Totally unwarranted and unbecoming of a place like ‪#‎Ramakrishna Ashram‬.
